psp loading dam slow

my psp loads dam slow when going to xmb. Then it says the disc could not be started.

is the disc scratched??
have you checked if your lens in dirty or damaged?

erm i took out the umd drive.i solved this problem just few mins ago. the mobo got a  white plastic to sense the umd. when pushed it will read the umd. my speakers at the back touched the white plastic, so i cut it away.
