PS3 weird HDMI issue

Can anyone explain? Also can anyone explain my PS3's audio dropping out when playing DVD's or PS1 games (and it happened once when playing Jericho) but not on any BD movies or PS3 games?

Could be an HDCP error, therefore screwing up whats on screen.

You can't. Get a new one, if it still does it, replace your TV, (If in Warranty) and also check your HDMI sockets and cables
