Look to see if the powerboard switch is ok, like test it with your finger or something to see if it moves etc.

K i kinda tested some stuff:

I took off plate again, to try and turn it on.

It will turn on, but like rarely. What i did was i moved the wire that connected that in differant places, and tried to turn it on with the board switch and not the nub so its faster. It would turn on, and id lock the wire where it turns on. After it turns on, i turn it off and turning it off works every time i turn it on and it works every position the wire is in. But i cant turn it on that easily. I think the thing that turns it on is dead lol.

The powerswitch works when i turn off the psp 100%

i cant turn on the psp. I can turn it on if i hold powerswitch and move the wire that connects the powerswitch to mobo or something. I move wire, and find the spot where it turns on. it will turn on and i will turn off the psp and the powerswitch will work when i turn off psp. But leaving the wire in the same spot, i cant turn it on i need to find another spot its hard to explain

yeah clips..

i have to move the ribbon cable around to turn on the psp, and it turns on but then after i lock it in the spot that it turns on, i cant turn it on again. Its not like a magic spot, i tried many times... but everywhere i put the cable, as long as the psp is on, ill turn off.

Idk strange pisses the flip outta me

Where can i buy a new slim powerboard lol

did u do anything to the powerboard like a drop of solder??Coz i have exactly the veri same problem. I nid to find a good spot then close the clips of the ribbon cable. After i remove that drop of solder, everything seem fine.
