Outline help **Help no longer needed

Ok, so I have to cut out something on the CNC Mill at school so I thought, why not do the gears logo? What I need help with is I need to outline the whole thing, preferably following the curves like done below but it has to be nice clean lines so I have no clue what I would do. If someone wants to do it for me let me know so I can send them a psd version or just tell me what to do. The green line is what I need outline equally all the way around. thanks guys!

try changing the .psd to .jpg and upload it, it won't be a pic but you should be able to get a directory for it nonetheless, then the recipient can change it back once its on the comp again...

Thats exactly what I need, cause I am putting a 3inch by 6inch piece of aluminum in the mill and I dont want it to be on a square block, so it its outlined, I can tell the machine to cut that line out makine it look cooler  :victory: I still need someone to do it for me or tell me how cause what phen said is not what I need
