Techno Beat Makers

Anyone know where I can find a Techno music maker?  I think GB on Mac's can do it, but I'm on a PC >.<  Anything would be good...taking I can figure out how to use it xD

GB is wonderful...maybe apple made a pc version.. i duno, but it wouldn't hurt to look

I can beatbox beats, lol...just need something like Frooty Loops xD...tried FL Studio, didn't like it x.X
