Wipeout Pulse Theme

Hey guys, I'm trying to make a gameboot of like the first 3 seconds of the wipeout pulse intro, I already have virtual dub mod and winmenc, but everytime I get to the point where I need the Sony tools every tutorial stops.  I used to have the tools and I used to make gameboots pretty frequently, I just have no clue where to get that software.

Or, if anybody with the software wanted me to send them the video then they could make the gameboot.

I know you guys dont come into this software section very often but I'd really like your help on this, thanks.

really like that theme K4P741N KRUNCH ! i've modded my psp slim to a wipEouT theme with a jewel, if it's possibal could i get that theme. would go really well with the psp. also does it work with 4.01m33-2?

Yes, yes. 4dP modded it to begin with. but i've done my own work to it as well. so i suppose it's a 4dP/ApheX modded psp. (Not that i'm stealing credit for your work dude. otherwise i wouldn't of given you a great review, lol).
