well really there is two ways  to get in, one is by posting tons of art and not meaning to get in (like me :tup:) another way is to ask one of the art leaders? for a task that if you complete to a satisfactory level they will let u in.

You don't 'just get in'. You need to work hard, do well, and be a good member. Help out, make some _amazing_ art, be nice, helpful, among other things.

And most importantly, you don't ask about becoming staff...

By the way Ghost, Art Leaders don't let you in. They have no power over that.

Kicks we actually do, Not directly but we are the main influence, Trust me on this one. :winker:

You do not ask you are chosen....

But I'd say the best 2 ways that you must combine to be succesful is...

1. Make lots of arty posts
2. Enter the various projects / contests / competitions etc that we set up in order to show your worth where it counts, that you can create good art, To a timescale, and show dedication to the art.

I mean you have no control over it. It's overall the admins decision, you just influence it. You can't make people art team,that's what I mean.
