soldering iron tips

i bought this http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2062728&cp=&sr=1&origkw=Soldering+Iron&kw=soldering+iron&parentPage=search and i want to know how can i change the tip, when i take off the screw the tip is stuck to the soldering iron. any one know how i can change them?

vise grips
and a good grip

or if u dont have vise grips
use lineman pliers or adjustable pliers
(i liek vise grips because THEY WONT slip lol

LOL you don't take the screw out of the side of the iron! You just twist the top like a screw.

Well If you are taking it off the replace the tip you should have another tip with you so you can see how it works...
