Adobe premiere giving me problems. not enough ram?

im sick of WMM, even though its freakin easy to use. so since i have adobe premiere, i decided to give it a try.

after loading my project files. some vids and pics. i play around with it.

i basically know how to use it now. but after a lil while it says "system is running on low ram". something like that.

I have a turion64x2 with 4gb ram with vista home 32 but. will it actually says i have 3gb of ram since thats the highest it can read. but anyway. i think i have an awesome laptop to run premier.

thats the only program that im running. so should i upgrade me windows or upgrade premier?

windows 64bit is amazing, i had over 9 gigs at one point in time runnin on it (between the video cards and the ram)
