What tools do i need?

Ok so now i know what mods i will be doing to my PSP but i need to know where to get some tools and which ones.
I need a soldering iron that is not to overpriced but is also functional for LED mods. Any link or brand or model would help.
Also i was wondering about a multimeter. On dealextreme i can get one but i don't know if it is reliable so again any links would help!

its been stated before but ill be nice and tell u

soldering iron if ur in teh us go to radio shack and they have a 15 watt iron for 10 bucks

30awg wire 2 diff colors one for pos and one for neg.
flux paste
helps alot

i liek silver bearing solder or flux core solder
solder about teh same thickness as teh wires

and of course the number 0 phillips head screw driver
(i liek to get a whole set from lowes or home depot.)

and thats teh basics
and u can get a 3rd hand but i dont use mine other than for holding my iron
