New board RF mod sleeper help
« on: October 19, 2008, 04:37:00 PM »
hey
i just got the dual rapid fire kit in the mail with the wires presoldered
but i saw in the picture in a rapidfire thread that i only need to use 4 wires
there are six presoldered on mine
which ones do i take off?
and im still confused where i solder the wire to for the sync button (in the picture it was like SW13)
any help would be appreciated

tut is here : https://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=21452.0

now, you must decide which options you are going to do it sounds like you want the diagram labled "sleeper CG dead bug power save mode" (this is the one I did) follow the diagram, any extra wires snip off.

as for the sinc button. you only use one of the two points shown in yellow. I used the center pin of the sinc button. the SW 13  pissed me off and I went to sinc instead. it was not hard, apply a small amount of solder to the bare end of the wire first, then solder. should only take a second. dont over heat.

you don't need white or long blue wire .. you can keep it or cut it what ever you like ..

white is left trigger on/off .. and long blue is lef trigger ..
