Residual energy in speakers

anybody know what size cap or resistor i would need to get the led to turn off when there is no sound coming out of the speaker???

You could use a dip switch since there small you could get some on ebay.

try droping it again

when i said to turn off, i dont wanna have to switch it on and off when i want it on or off. i just want the residual energy in the speakers to not turn on the led's

then you want to install an amp such as the lm386. That way you will get a brighter blink and it will only have the LEDs on if there is sound.
