HELP: Maximum amount of LED I can put (sound reactive)

Hi all, I just want to ask if I were to put sound reactive LEDS on my PSP what is the maximum amount of LEDS can I solder into the speaker? Thanks  :#1:

well i did 42 leds in a psp which i think is the record atm

are you talking about direct or with lm386

Ummm... direct connect leds sir. btw does that affect the speakers in any way? Like it would have weaker sound output?

Oh.. okay.. by the way if im going to wire it to a LM386? Could you provide me with a diagram or a crappy drawing on where to solder the wires?
