NAT Settings...HELP ME

Well I just noticed this now at home, because I've been having a problem with playing on XBL.
My NAT settings are apparently set to Moderate, and it's screwing up my games.

It's a new router. Linksys WRT160N. I have UPnP enabled, DMZ disabled, and Port Forwarding disabled. NAT is turned on. Newest firmware. Tried rebooting modem/router/360 to no avail.

How do I change it to open? Please I'm begging you guys, I need this solved...quick. :'(

As if I haven't looked. That does absolutely nothing. It basically says update or get a new router.

My LIVE seems to be working perfectly right now, so I'm not screwing with anything.
I'd still rather set it to open, but it's working again so I don't care at this point.

never use portforwarding and UpnP at the same time, it will definitely not work correctly,
Restore router to factory default settings then use UpnP

Idiot, I said I had port routing disabled.
Learn to read. I'm not taking crap from some kid who can't even read a simple sentence.

I DID GOOGLE IT. Why the heck did you think I asked here? Because it didn't work for me. I have everything set up properly with no luck. You gave me a crap answer, I didn't even have it enabled.

I'm locking this on account of spam, in case anyone wonders.
