if you dont have internet then you dont have cable/dsl/broadband meaning you should even be getting that far into the tests

you need a form of high-speed internet to be able to connect to XBL

or at least a modem for it

your saying your using the verizon broadband card right?

ok,then im no more help, cuz i cant really make it any simplier, and this is the one test my 360 didnt fail when i was setting it up

and your best bet is to not put your exact address in your "location" section in your profile

well how did u set it up

i have comcast high speed, no router (meaning i can only have one system at a time),
1: i unplug my computer from the modem (usb),
2: plug the ethernet from the xbox into the modem,
3: unplug the cable cord,
4: plug it back in,
5: then reset the modem,

works like a charm

then i do the same thing just opposite cords to hook back up the computer

U noe When u go to system on the xbox dash board den network settings
at the bottom
it say Network
Link: green dot
Act: blinks yellow
isnt sopposed 2 do dat

yellow i think means has connection but not being used
but i could be wrong

if you look at this which you wont be fore anyone that gets any error get teh code and type it into google youl get a answer on how to fix

try changing your MTU value to 1500 and if that doesnt work try the smaller value of 1492

the problem is you dont have a pc to test or to make changes to your modem's settings.

who set this up? how do you know it works in the first place, the problem could be on the internet companies end.

is it cable, or phone line??

if its cable do a hard restset, with it on and running, push the small button with a pin and hold it in for 15 seconds. let the modem come back on, wait about 5 mins and then try the xbox, let the modem get initialized first.

if its DSL (phone line) you need a password, or paraphrase, this could be from them or set up by you, your modem stores this password, I dont recomed preforming a hard reset unless you know the password.

if that dont work there are a few more things you could do, but you need a pc
call tech support from verison
learn to speak/type somewhat close to english, that could help people be more open to working with you. normally most threads wrote in broken ebonics like this one are ignored. but I am board today..LOL you dont even have to spell corectly, but dont go out of your way to sound like that (its not cool). have more pride in yourself than that.
