You don't wire the mic to the speakers.

There are a couple pins on the little sound board that are for the mic.

You have solder the mic onto them.

Lol I know not to the speaker that pic is the mic to the soundboard.

Is it really that simple? do I need an amplifier chip or anything? it was from a cell phone here are pics. Also how do I know which one is positive and which pin is negative?

i don't think that it needs any amp chip... and about +/- pins you could just try which works.

OOOooooOooh ok so the red circle is the positive and the green wire is the negative? I solder the positive on the mic to the positive on the sound board and the negative to the negative to the sound board that's all there is to it?

P.S. Does this work for SOCOM 2?

Ok thanks!

I assume I use 30-gauge wire correct?

BTW I love the Mechassult avatar, I loved that game so much until my Xbox died :( I sold it for parts. Best game ever.  :cry2:

30-gauge is cool. I was more a Mechwarrior fan rather than Mechassult but thanks dude!

They really need a Mechassault 3 on all platforms.  :yess:

Ok I just need to order some or find a place that sells it here.

is AWG the same as gauge? cause I typed in 30-gauge wire and followed a link to Radio Shack and it said "30AWG" is this the right stuff?
