psp umds screws.

Hey, I have been trying to replace my psp case.  but the screw on the umd will not turn.  There stuck.  Is there a trick to remove this screws?  I have been using the #000 screw driver to remove the screws, byt nothing.  Look up alot of videos but still nothing.  any help will be appreciated
