fujitsu 3500 stylistic

I was cleaning out our computer building room and I found the fujitsu 3500 stylistic touch screen computer. The specs on them are not very good at all.(500mhz celeron) What should I do with it? Its obviously too slow for regular use. Would it be possible to use it as a pen pad with a screen such as the wacom tabblet? I think that would be cool for photoshop and fireworks stuff.
