mm. Despite what everyone says, I think it looks alright, I didn't think so until saw the Qore video on the Engadget link.

This thing isn't meant to replace the PSP 3000 nor a direct upgrade to the PSP 3000. Its meat to be a lighter, slimmer model for those who want portability, hence the smaller screen size, Micro memory card and the lighter weight.

Just my 2 cents

This isnt the PSP2,  rather the psp slimmer slim, if that makes sense.  I guess i dont know psps at all, but will this thing be able to have the same functionality as a psp 1-3000?  How would one get their umd games on the memory without CFW?  i know ima  noob but something doesnt add up.  to me it looks like stock FW would make this device only work with games/movies downloaded from PSN?

Actually this is gonna be sold along side the psp-3000. Its aimed more towards those who want a download only solution.

thats what im thinking. how are the past psp users with umds gonna play? are they going to have to buy the games again?
