Xbox 360 1 red ring help

I short circuted my xbox 360 elite by dropping a plug init, what could i do to fix this?

Well first start by telling us which quadrant is lit up...and where exactly did you drop the plug ?

It is the bottom right quadrant and the code i got from it was a 1030 code. I dropped the plug under where the DVD Drive would normaly go.
