Odd PSP Problem
« on: June 22, 2009, 02:32:41 PM »
I got a customer who says they have no sound from their speakers. Not a big deal. But they also say that they don't have sound from their headphone jack and when they plug in headphones their PSP shut's off. Would a new wifi board fix this?

Also I've never had the "no sound from speakers" problem on a phat before, only slims. Does anyone have a picture of the PSP 1000 sound fuse?

Specify what motherboard. All of them have the fuses located in different locations.

Also there's no sound fuse in a phat.

I'd try replacing the wifi board first. Just use a numbers matching one to the mobo.
