The Mic input on my controller doesnt work.

As stated above, my mic plug dosnt work on my controller. If I plug in a mic it works like it should But if I move the mic wire the tiniest bit it cuts really static-y. its not the mic I have tried several. any theorys on what is wrong and how I can fix it. I need it for the controller I am building.

Yea your wire inside the mic is messed up this happened to mine as well i simply took a cell phone mic that had a bad port and rewired it to controll panel of my 360 mic. Ill get pics to show you its quite simple to do.
