My wii is broken

So i tried to mod my wii using the ii crystal chameleon case, but after that, when i played it, I cant acess any of my games. If a disk is in, it comes up with the disk load error. It also comes up with the same message when i try playing vc or acessing any of my channels.
I want to know why this might happen. The only hardware i actually did something with was that flat wire and that other wire that connects from the motherboard to the disk drive
PLZ help me
