75g [3oz] butter
50-75g [2-3 oz] lt brown sugar
1 tblsp golden syrup
175g [6oz oats]
Put the butter sugar & golden syrup into a pan. Stir over low heat till melted add oats & mix well. Press into a 7inch sq sandwich tin
To cook
Bake in oven at 180ºC for 25 mins or till golden brown. Mark into fingers while warm then allow to cool
