IntensaFire Issue
« on: October 05, 2009, 03:55:00 PM »
I ran into a potential issue with my newly installed IntensaFire chip.  I successfully installed it and tested it on Halo ODST. I got the chip on the same day so I was pretty excited about the campaign and I just finished it yesterday.  I popped in my Call of Duty 4 Disk and set the controller on Mode 1.  (Which is the fastest speed for Call of Duty 4)  When I went to shoot it was extremely slow ( I could shoot faster then it) and thought it might have been in the wrong mode.   I went through and checked and saw that it was in Mode 1.  I thought it might have been some programming error so I thought I would post it on here and see what you guys thought.  I can make a video if you need me to.

Thanks for letting me know... I thought something was wrong with my controller.  It won't matter for to much longer with Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare 2 coming out!

Using the double tap perk should help you shoot faster while using most rapid fire mods.

Yes, first enable your doubletap perk, then you should use the user-programmable mode on the intensafire to tune in the best speed for COD4.  This will get you MUCH better results than mode 1.

thx viking ... yeah the best speed is shuld be around  9 - 10 SPS ...  must have the double tap perk on
here the list  edit mode "Mode 5" you can use to play with to find what is work best for the gun you like
To enter edit mode put you intensafire in mode 5  hold right trigger while holding tap SYNC ... or if you using Butt install hold butt
By default it on mode 55 =  9.09 SPS   to add hit right trigger " if hit once must wait to show you the display mode and than can add again or hold for faster scroll "  for lower the mode use left trigger. once you done tap SYNC or hold Butt if useing butt install to exit edit mode .. and its save
Hope this helps  :

Mode     SPS
46        10.87
47        10.64
48        10.42
49        10.20
50        10.00
51         9.80
52         9.62
53         9.43
54         9.26
55         9.09
