Water bottle deposit tax in NY.

The government is going to start charging a 5 cent deposit on all water bottles less than 1 gallon like they have been doing on beer, soda, ect. for years. 

This is going to start Oct. 31st. i know its happening in NY im not sure about any other place....

Oh i know, i was giving a heads up because they put it in the paper, but a 2inch sized article anybody can miss lol.
