Power switch on replacement case sticks. Fix?
« on: November 06, 2009, 09:44:39 AM »
I got a silver replacement shell for a 2000 I'm modding to sell, and everything worked in the replacement casing (or works now  ) except for the power switch.  I have to press it in a little before flicking it up to power the unit on/off, and sometimes the switch will stick in the up position.  Is there any way to fix this?  Something like shaving off a little plastic from the inside?

Use the old switch, or sand the other one a bit down
