All and Best tools for modding PSPs

Hi i am in the US in Kissimme FL for a month and ill like to know what is the best modding tools to buy 4 psp and where to buy them.
I dont want to buy online tho..

The best tools for modding a psp would be a dremal, solder iron (15-30 watts max), lead free solder, a craft knife, a good set of screw drivers, solder flux (i can't express how easy this makes your soldering jobs), Kinar wire and a static-free mat. You can pick most if not all of this stuff at your local radio shack. However i would recommend searching on the internet. you will find these tools a lot cheaper online.

hah nope im not im really here to shop and on business and i was wonderin if i could brinig my psp 4 u to look at i dont know wats wrong with it but i think i blew a fuse.
it wont turn on after finishin and completein a soung mod but i think i overheated it and it wont turn on now
