psp 1000 problem it charges but it doesnt turn on i solder fuse but no luck.

hello guys was up well me  not good, im having this problem with psp 1000 mobo ta 81,  i had cfw this psp than it brick after a while 4some reason and then i got it back thru cfw again so one day it never turn on not even with pandora im like what happen it was working the before and complete shutdown so i took it apart and solder the power fuse thinking that it would work but no luck it charges the battery with no problem but it doesnt turn on.
   what u guys think happen!!! psp 1000 problem it doesnt turn on i solder fuse but no luck.
