Maybe getting a PSP 3000

So i might be trading a modded xbox controller with custom paint and the whole nine yards for a PSP 3000 but i would like to know what i could do with the psp. Would i be able to play emus on it or what? and how do you add the cameras and all that fun stuff. Basically what im asking for is what can you all do with a 3000 and where are the tuts?  Thanks!!
