surely the fact that Sony is requesting and getting all this information on peoples personal IP's logins and comments etc in the Sony v hotz case is a Dir invasion of privacy on the side of us - if they want to find out how many people accessed the videos/downloads etc they should ask for those stats from the providers without needing to know every users IP/email etc or whatever there using to identify unique views and comments. someone should try to create a class action suite for invasion of privacy or something

no geohot never released the boot loader needed to rip/play ripped games sony is going after him because they have never publicly published there source code for the ps3. he wound up with it.
