Thanks guys, I need it, first serious interview I've ever done (I'm sure some of you remember how that rattles the nerves haha) so I'm a little stressed and nervous haha.  Been doin research so I can brush up on the topics, believe it or not not having taken courses for some of these topics for 2-4 years kinda lets some stuff slip from your head haha.  I'm not sure how it being over the phone instead of in person will make a difference, I wont look nervous but its also harder to read people, should be interesting.

Been a while haha,  I didnt get that position but thats partially because the stuff they quizzed me on (yeah it was a test >.>) was stuff I took 5 years ago >.> not to mention I could hardly understand the guy (seriously get people who can speak good english to interview 0.o) haha o well I know what they ask for for those positions now.

I am applying for graphics hardware and component design.

I still keep applying but I took another job for the time being, a high voltage testing and engineering company.  Not quite like normal engineering but very fun hands on work. Have to use my knowledge of transformers and those types of electrical systems. Not like cubical work which might be fun for a while.

You were well quailifed to do the job , yet they tested you, which sorry you didnt do well ,  meant sorry to hear that, but on the job you would of been perfect ..Right? of course, your probably like me, you dont test well but were the  best person for the job

Haha yep I was able to figure out the stuff afterwards but I was reviewing stuff that I found more relevant and they went and tested me on boolean logic stuff and Linux commands I have not used in years  so I wasn't quite prepared for that basic of an interview.

O wells I have a decent job for now, starting me off kinda like a technician while I learn and it pays decent for starting.  Plus its not cubical work and it has a good amount of overtime which  works for me because I'm currently single and have no constraints so that boosts it even better haha.  Its also dealing with power system and high voltage applications so it is new to me and quite interesting so far.

Thanks for the words of encouragement, too bad that one didnt pan out but this one did so least I got something  haha
