Need help with rapid fire

Hello all i am new to this site been reading for a while and i have not saw much about this topic but i have the open hex code for the rapid fire but im new to programming and writing for the chip. But does anyone know what the codes would be for a quick scope.. If there is a forum with this can you please direct me the way.
