Im working on a rear touch panel now, below is a pic of one I made out of .050 thickness lexan, its to thick and isnt sensitive enough. I now have some .030 and .020 thickness lexan, hopefully one of those should do the trick. Im hoping the .030 works well because its still thick enough to not look cheap, the .020 is a little flimsy but I got it just incase .030 is still to thick. I plan on getting the inner part of the lexan airbrushe or something with a custon logo. Im not leaving it clear because of the ugly color of the rear touch.

If you give me dimensions I can make a transparent decal for the back of the lexan. Just like my jewels.

interesting idea there.... but i believe you would have to use a sticker thin plastic to get the proper sensitivity. maybe try using an adhesive clear sticker with the images under the plastic or on the back of the housing.

Well on the original back Im using a screen protector from a iphone, sensitivity is fine with that. I did get the rear touch to work with the .050 thick lexan, but it was spotty to say the least the .050 is about twice as thick or more as the original back touch panel. I think when i get the .030 on there it shouldnt be a problem and hopefully a thin sticker wont affect it much. I guess I will not know for sure until I do it, but I sure hope it works good. Ive been slacking the last few days, but I will have it done this weekend for sure and let you guys know how it works.

Hey sorry man Ive been seriously slacking since I got a job. I did finish up another mod I was doing before the back, I will make a new thread on it , I call it "Trigger Compliments". I finally ordered the .030 lexan and it arrived not to long ago I will be sure to give you guys a heads up when I get the piece cut and test it with the vita rear touch panel.
