My LED D-PAD (Colour Changing)

I seen a tutorial on here to light up the d-pad but didn't have a clue how it would light it up since it has the d-pad backing it need to clip to (unless you can get clear ones)
Well I made my own led dpad that changes colour, what do you think ?
