Rules for feedback system READ BEFORE POSTING

Ok, as you guys can see there have been alot of staff changes. I am providing you, our members, who are the life breath of this site, a chance to voice your opinions on these changes. There will be NO retaliation for voicing your opinions, and hopefully there will be some resolution, although this is not guaranteed.
 
1. Don’t flame the staff, state what the problem is and leave it at that, no personal remarks will be tolerated IE matt you are an will not be tolerated and will be removed. Matt you are not handling this person correctly, I think you should.... is what we are looking for. Another example would be= the art team sucks . (will be removed.)  The art team has been inactive lately maybe we should... will be allowed.

2.  please be honest, it is you guys who make this site thrive, without you guys it would be the 5 or 6 active management members sitting around looking at each other. Everything we do should be focused on the one ultimate goal, which is to make the site better for its members.

3.  Follow all forum rules. all rules apply here just like any other area.

4. Direct retaliation in any form by admin or other members will not be tolerated and could result in a demotion. This is a place for members to honestly voice their opinions without repercussions. Bullying posts in this area will not be tolerated by anyone.

5.  If a post is made that desnt directly concern you please dont speculate or try to coment on it. this area is for direct feedback between staff and members.

if someone makes a report against you, I will be in touch. I dont think YOU have anything to worry about. I get notifications about this board.

I expect most of the reports are about me, as I tend to piss people off by nature

I am supprised, with all the talk on facebook from alot of people here, I have not seen but one complaint.

The sole purpous is to make sure you guys are happy as it is the members who breath life into the site

yeh if you have any complaints about any staff including admins post - if you keep it all bottled up we cant do anything to fix it.



lol look at us matt i cant believe were actually asking for people to complain about us lol.


also if you think a certain member of staff is doing particularly well post here as well to thank them or suggest improvements or give them a cookie or whatever
