looking for the FFC header part number or something similar
(see pic attached)
Got a pad from someone who clearly thought it would be a good idea to use glue in the header (they even glued the rumble wires down smart huh
)
The first issue was the analogue stick which is why I wanted to swap out the L3
once opened I've found the above
I managed to save the ribbon cable using this technique

my first time trying to source some kind of sony datasheet and ive ended up here
