need help with rapidfire for my own mod on pic16

I am writing pic16 code for my mod for dualshock 4. Faced with the problem of implementing rapidfire. How to make sure that when you hold R2, the key fires constantly with the required number of shots?

Who knows exactly what frequencies the dualshock microcontroller overclocks (PLL) ?
