Fake UMD Region with 3.71 M33-3?

So, I have a PSP-2000FB (Felicia Blue, Japan import).  I want to play a R1 UMD Movie (Family Guy: Freakin' Sweet Collection) that I borrowed from my friend, he bought the Daxter pack.  I tried the Free UMD Region and Fake UMD Region settings in recovery menu, but can't get it to load.  What should I do?  Is there no region workaround?

So it is the UMD region stuff in the recovery menu?  Except it seems to not work?

Is there another software hack or there?

I figured I could dump the UMD and put it on my memstick or something, but PSP freezes when going to USB mode if UMD Drive is selected for USB Device, and without a UMD it defaults to memory stick.

use daxs umd dumper to dump the movie then put it in the apropriate folder when using the latest CFW to be able to run the movie

So I dumped it to a .iso file using a Daxter PSP.  Where do I put the iso to use with 3.71?

if it in 3.71 m33 put it in ISO/VIDEO
