but its mesured 1.7 fore some time.  batteries in my multi dose not explain the leds not lighting or the low voltage.

You either need to get the 5v spot on the MoBo or the 3.7v  think one from the Power Fuse, or somewhere around there, and wire that directly to the pad where you normaly would solder the positive of the leds. Should solve it, and it keeps all functions. Also my Power LED doesn't light either, but if you hit the right spot on the resistor it kinda works again, really weird, I just got a new powerboard with 2 LEDs instead of hardo gay dual led :3

Have no shame in being kindly and gentle, but if the time comes in the time of your life to kill, kill and have no regret. In the time of your life, live so that, in that wonderous time you shall not add to the misery and sorrow of the world, but shall smile to the infinite delight and mystery of it.

why would it be the mobo? every aspect of the psp functions except for the power going to the power led

ive used the 3.7 on all 5 psp's ive done but for what ever reason this one dose not output 3.7 volts. my question is why? i have no issues with the way the led's are wired and i dont care if the powere led works or not.

Just as a question for FuFa, and to keep this up the top of the board, are you measuring that voltage with, or without the power LED in?

Slimby

Slimby for prez.

be cause that is not the problem

this is not the board i am using, but this is how all of my boards have been wired in doing so i normally destroy the trace leading to the resistor causing the power led to not light. i don't care about the power led, i want to know why the voltage coming off of these leads is not the same as every other psp i have worked on.
