Making games with C#?

Anyone have any tutorials on how do do this? Also, I'm going to use PSP C++ IDE to make them, but if anyone has a suggestion for a free program that might be better, feel free to tell me.

EDIT: If there is an easier, but more effective way of making games, tell me (Like using Lua or whathaveyou)
