WII Warranty Sticker

where is the warranty sticker? :dntknw: the reason i wanna know is because i want to change my wii slot light to red. im not a very big fan of blue *cough crabs cough* rofl. but yea i dont want to void my warranty because i just got my wii right before christmas this year!

Theres no warranty sticker, but it is possible to tell if you have opened your Wii before because there are stickers hiding some of the screws necessary for disassembly

so nintendo wont know if i open it?  :cool: well i know there are stickers hiding some of the screws i can just replace them right :winker:

they'll know. Thats why i modded mine after my warranty ran out.  You can replace the stickers hiding the screw, but it may not look as professionally (or mechanically) done as a virgin wii.

maybe ill just go up to a nintendo factory and force them or make a deal with them to put some new stickers on.  :eyebrow: that might work rofl :rofl:

LOL. But yeah they'll know if its opened but I've heard stories of people who sent back their wii's with no stickers hiding the screws and they still got it back fixed...

so i can take my wii apart to change cases but i think its to complicated! all them damn screws i might loose some.. but i wont risk it untill my warranty is up so just wait for me to ask you guys the ? how to open my wii apart :tup:

i heard something like that too. Some guy shorted out his wii adding in a modchip, and he returned it to nintendo and they replaced it.

give them an offer they can't refuse.
