the highest voltage point i can think of without my multimeter handy is the point BT+

Its smack bang in the center of the mobo on the front

Grounds are absolutely everywhere lol

Does anyone still have the solder points for the usb mod?  I need them soon and the one's in the wiki broke.

Wouldn't know bout those, but I know there are 2 ground points right in those squares with holes in them on the ds mobo (Thank TheMagnolia for this information :D)
