50k donation

so Rimage a company that has there headquarters in Minnesota donated two of their machines to my school last weak in a attempt to hire graduates. the donation was worth 50 thousand.

oh by the way they do mass duplication of CD/DVD and print labels incase you hadn't figured out what they were yet

in teh yr 2010 kodak is going to have a printer than prints 2,000 colored copys per min

pfft... my school just got one of them 3-D printers that prints layers of plastic to make a 3-D object. I'll see if I can sneek in there and get a picture... We also got a Hass Tool Room CNC Mill, now thats my toy. Its in the metals room, where I pratically live! Metal rules! i'll get some pics of it if ya want

Thats nothing, my school has a top of the line printer that they can't figure out and prints hundreds of black copies sporadically.  Not thats service

yes my high school had one of those printers, that was a 35 thousand dollar donation form one of the families. our engineering/robotics class used it to make custom legos for there lego robotics. they had an agreement with lego to surrender all of the designs to them. i think the number of legos they are responsible for is in the hundreds.

but yeah there are 2 or 3 of the 3D printers and like 6 different CNC's at my school but it is a teck school so you have to have enough for every body to work on.

i just thought the CD/DVD duplicators were cool so i shared

yeh how does ur skool get all dat stuff... my schools dodgy we dont even have lockers ive been at my h.s for like 3 years nw and i hate having to carry around heavy bags  :angry:

i never went to my locker, there cool for over night storage but you dont have time to walk across spin the combo in grab your stuff and unload the unload the other stuff and then walk back across the school and be on time for class. but yeah we got the stuff in high school cause we had a lot of well to do parents who couldn't settle who had more money by who had the nicest car. so it came to who could donate more to the school.

and i go to one of the best privet tech collages in my state so that why we get what we get

my buddy despritley wants to use if for pirating. i thought it would be cool if every one in the class brings in there favorite DVD and we make copies for every one in the class

My laptop has lightscibe, so i can print directly onto disks without any external hardware. Although its got its limitations (only two colors and you need special disks)

i don't get that sentence.

i may or may not raid my friends HDD's and my buddy may or may not have left school today with 4 copies of windows server OS witch could have been done at home, but not all of them at the same time
