You should increase the cycle and add maybe another lightning that is different.

And the text is abit ominous, just stood out.

I fI increased the cycle anymore, it'll be well over 4-5 megs
kind of a lot for a sig lol

Well, it's still taking forever to load :taunt:
I like it though, but there's something, I have no idea what, that makes it...not so appealing, I don't get it though. It's a really nice sig though.

i think he did something with wind or motion blur and had it alternate between 2-3 frames of rain and there an animaiton pallete in photoshop cs3 others idk

add noise on 4 different levels, motion blur them 25-30 pixels at the angle you want them to fall, screen all 4 layers and dim them to ~25-50 percent opacity, then use the animation tool to alternate between layer visibility
took about a minute to make good rain
