upgrading to 3.90 m-33

can someone help me out? i've been away from my psp for so long i forgot how to updatte


my friend needs his updated, i gotta do it, so can someone give me a good guide onto how to do this

what firmware are you on now, the update can be done from 3.52 m33-3 and up only

3.90 is easy to install, as long as your on 3.52 m33-3 with 3.52 kernall turned on (recovery menu, config -> homebrew folder -> 3.52), put the 3.90 m33 updater in the game folder and start it, if you have WiFi it will download the 390.pbp for you, if not then i will tell you what to do.

if its 3.71m33 i believe you could network updates but you'll need the 3.90ofw file so you might just as well upgrade using your computer.

use pandoras to downgrade to 1.5 then to 3.52m33 to 3.52m33-4 then to 3.90m33

you could use despertar v4, there are a lot more clear cut guides son how to do that. then update with network update.
