pulse vu2 help solder size??? please

I am making my last trip to Radio Shack to pick up some solder and wire for my DS PulseVU2 mod. I already know 30awg wire but i cant find what size solder to use? Any help would be nice.

Honestly it doesn't matter too much, but if you really think it will bother you, try to get as skinnny as possible, to reduce soldering 2 points at once. Of course try to get it lead-free :P

I ended up getting .015 silver bearing solder would that work

as long as you get lead free solder your ok to start modding

it doesn't even have to be lead free lol

in fact the best solder is 60/40 tin/lead solder, guage doesn't really matter much, i sue 22 Solder Wire guage and it works well for everything

Meh fine if you want him to enjoy the health hazard :P j/k, but yeah it doesn't matter, it's literally how you use it that matters
