***WAT I WANT TO KNOW***1- HOW CAN I HOOK UP 42 SOUND REACTIVE LEDS TO MY PSP2- HOW CAN I ADD THE BATTERYS TO MY PSP AND WILL THEY CHARGE3- HOW CAN I CONNECT THE SPEAKER TO A LM386 CHIP 4- HOW CAN I FIT A JEWEL INSIDE OF THE SHIELD THINGY THANK U FOR UR HELP
ya it is a close up pic and they r very skinny also they r 3.6v so how woul i wire this
if i were you and i wanted to wire up that many leds. i would buy a pulseVU at sickmods. since the chip can handle that much with a power extender.http://shop.sickmods.net/product/PulseVU_2/not only that you'll have 42 sound reactive and FADING ledsand since all of those leds will connect to your pulsevu. its as simple as 1 switch. and you can easily wire up one of those batteries to it (if its a 5v).good luck dude and geeze where would you put 42 leds.

i have been told that if i wire the batterys in parrellel that i should be fine but i am not sure it would be kind of like this + -| |+ -| |+ -the ( | ) being the wire connecting the stuff as long as i don't do this + > - > + > - > + > -but if i am wrong plz let me know and save me the trouble of figuring it out my self
1: will not fit
1: will not fit2: remove umd and put it in there and use a switch to switch between them3: read the tuts4: sand it down?
OK, 3.6v batteries... If wired in parallel, they will output a total of 3.6v, with a total amps of whatever the mAh of each of the batteries added together... If you were going to wire them in series, the total output would be (I count 7 extra batteries) 25.2v, which would require a regulator to be added into the circuit...And just to shut every one up about complaining about "it won't work... You can't power that many LEDs...", the fact of the matter is, when wired in parallel, the LEDs will all receive the same voltage, but that isn't the problem, the problem is the ampiers, that is what is really needed in order to run the LEDs, what j.s2ghetto has decided to do is to add the extra batteries in order to deliver more mAh to the unit. With a standard 1800mAh PSP battery, you could run 90 20mA LEDs for one hour, that's not including running the PSP, just the LEDs, with the PSP on as well, the time would be much shorter...Really? And you know this because you've tried? There is always a way of doing things, no matter what the limitations, they can be overcome, that is the whole point of AcidMods!
for the 42 leds thing use a sickmods pulse vu 2 ,theyre really cool ,this looks awesome although the hole in ur umd door looks a bit iffy, other than that this looks gr8 post pics when ur done
Where are you gonna put a fan with a speaker taking practically all the PSP back? The idea of the fan is to put it in the UMD door since from there the air can flow to all parts of the PSP except the battery, cooling the mobo.I really don't know how you gonna fit all those battery's inside the PSP with all the wire ring of the Speaker and 42 LED's. If i where u i would put the fan instead of the speaker since the speaker will only drain ur battery faster and that speaker can be made external, your PSP without a fan will climb to like 60-70° with all the battery's and LED's.
sounds cool is it gonna toast bread too?
HERE ARE THE BATTERY'S I WANT TO MAKE INTERNAL
