liquid laptop cooling

i'm trying it and it seems to work, though im using a tightly sealed and taped plastic bag...

no rubber is a insulator if any thing its holding more heat in to the laptop. a rubber hot water bottle like the one shown wouldn't be much good as a hot water bottle if it didn't keep heat in. as for using a plastic bag, ware is the heat going?? no ware your just heating the water and keeping the hot water in one place. your not circulating it or allowing it to dissipate any heat

it dosen't work, it dosen't move the heat any ware. water in a watter cooling unit is used to move heat away from your CPU ware it is then removed from the case through the radiator, none of that is happening hear

no it dosen't. all your doing is using the plastic the create a seal around your vents. this dose nothing to cool your laptop

It may work a little, but like you said it will take longer than usual for the heat to dissipate, but all it really does is take the heat from your lap and store it in the bottle.

you could get 3 or 5 degrees just buy setting it on a book so it has more air flow underneath it. it dose nothing.

not really, i mean, when i get my fan pad under it its more like 5-15 degrees cooler, but with the liquid its 3-5, nice, and more comfy than the fan pad

it does somthing, it really does. i've been doing it for about 2 days now and its better than having it on my bare lap
comfort, cooling, cushoning, those sorts of things
