lighning decal

ok with th einsperation of the acid mods logo and the new skin, im am trying mod the skin and i was wondering if any1 knew a good type of maliable when hot plastic that was good ad transfering light to light up the bolts and  have it flicker like lightning i already have  strips of led to match the patter. if any1 can help id like to make this work BTW i have new clear case and decal will go i nside and show the effect outwards =)
